VS-TEN is a subsidiary of VariSearch LLC, which is fully owned by Richard F. Parker, the founder.  While the whole VariSearch system was developed by Rich, we sometimes have subcontractors come in for some detail, nitty-gritty, off-hours work, so you will see the word "we" used a lot of places.

Our servers are based in Texas, hosted by CWI hosting, and we have part-time contractors in 6 time zones, but our principal base of operation is in Pennsylvania. Our mailing address is:

Rich Parker is a developer with over 27 years of commercial software development, mostly in C/C++ and database programming languages, with a great deal of specialization in inter-device linkage (making different machines talk to each other in a useful way).  He has done website and web interface development since 2001, and non-web-based software development since 1982.
